When will I receive my purchase?

Access is immediate. Once checkout is complete, your materials are available to download straight away. Any sessions you’ve purchased can be booked instantly based on your selected availability.

What if I have trouble downloading my purchase? Do I get a refund? 

Refunds are not provided for download issues. However, we’ll make sure you still receive your content—if needed, we can send the materials directly via PDF or provide an alternative access link.
